A deeper look into what makes the normal abnormal and what renders the artificial into accepted normality. Is it live or is it Memorex? Is this the real life? Or is this just another fantasy given to us to believe in? Where does the truth start and the fiction end? Or does the fiction never really end and the truth never really start at all?

Fakery abounds all over this collection. What seem to be voices are plastic. What seems to be plastic is organic. The strings sound like brass and the brass sound like strings. We live in challenging times indeed. We don't just have to decide if the words are real or not - we now have to make up our minds if the medium is a reflection of truth or not. We are now deep into the hall of mirrors where truth and reality don't just switch sides constantly, but they blend into one another to such an extent that we can never be sure if what we looking at is fake news or fake nudes.

Now that we are living in the days when we cannot tell one from the other, we should prepare ourselves for a stronger message than that: that this is only the beginning. We were once told that things can only get better, but even that word of optimism jars with the observable fact that things are steadily getting worse every day. If one side can bomb the other and then maintain that they didn't do it and that this then provokes actual debate among the bodies we are probably looking at the end of days.

Fortunately, it seems that the planet is going to kill us all first. And I'm happy with that.
